6 - 1 !
OK its Panama, but the first half performance was quality. Still need to tighten up the defense as Belgium will capitalise on their mistakes. I believe England have qualified already now so its now whether we finish 1st or 2nd in the group.

I'm only a casual footie viewer but I cannot wait to troll my best friend who's German tonight. He's probably crying right now in his cubicle.

1-0 to Belgium, but if anything we've got an easier path now. Would have had Japan then Brazil to get to Semis, now its Columbia (most likely missing their star James Rodriguez) and then Sweden or Switzerland. So it's not a lock we'll get there, but it's do-able. Last time we made the Semi finals was 1990 so even getting that far would be an achievement.

He'd better have been hit by a car to have this reaction to pain.

Re: The Soccer/Futbol/Football topic
I saw most of England and Colombia. It was a good game, but I can't take the falls over tiny (or sometimes no) contact and exaggerated selling of a non-existing injury. England didn't really do the "OMG I'M DYING!" stuff on the ground, but it was still incredibly annoying that every 90 seconds someone was rolling around on the ground. I wonder if this is why the US is cold on soccer/football. The NBA has phantom injuries, but not 80 in one game.

WE WON...ON PENALTIES!!!!!!
And yea diving and players throwing themselves on the ground with no contact sucks. It's a hallmark of South American teams. Id make it a red card offence to stop play that way as it drags the game down.

What an odd group of artists. I have the CD single of that one, unfortunately I mainly wanted it for the the Perfecto remix and bought the disc that didn't have it on it. Should have checked the tracklisting. 20 years of regret!
