He's going to soap their butts up in the shower, only in a nicer way.

And Rob Feinstein will be happy he's not the Wrestling Jerry Sandusky anymore.

Forbes have an article up https://www.forbes.com/sites/blakeoestr ... e-guy/amp/ discussing the viable alternatives to Roman based on statistical analysis. I think if they put Reigns back with The Shield it would repair a lot of damage and cut back on the hokey promos and just put him over as a bad ass.

WWE is going to be going strong tonight because they're up against two Monday Night Football games. Main even will be Cena vs Braun. Also Enzo will be on Miz TV which could be pretty good.

Is this going to be on the network?

It would be awesome if they brought Flair out as a surprise. That would be the biggest pop in history.

It would be stupid if they didn't air it.

As a WCW fan I hate seeing that logo next to Starrcade.

That's.....odd. I wonder if she's still mad at Vince for ruining her big Saturday Night Live show in 2001 with the XFL game that went on forever.

WWE sent out a survey today to gauge interest on some new ideas for the Network, with them focusing on options that would incentivize people to subscribe to a premium-priced tier.

The survey asked how interested respondents were in the following potential new programming ideas:

Ring of Honor (historic and new programing)

House shows (select shows airing live on the Network)

TNA/Impact/Global Force Wrestling (historic and new programing)

An audio channel that would feature listening-only content for pay-per-views, music playlists, sports radio type call-in shows, and podcasts

Original scripted comedies (examples cited were WWE Superstar Roasts, Southpaw Regional Wrestling, and WWE’s version of The Office)

New reality shows (a show focusing on life on the road for WWE wrestlers, a show looking at their training and workout regimens, WWE Superstar Cribs, a show like The Apprentice, and a second season of Legends House were examples)

A TV-14 in-ring show (a new weekly version of ECW or another "edgy" new promotion were brought up)

Tournaments (King/Queen of the Ring, a lucha tournament, a tag team tournament, and WWE vs. NXT)

WWE Director’s Cut (classic events and matches with narration by legends or current WWE wrestlers)

Original scripted dramas (a WWE version of Game of Thrones was mentioned)

Special live events (one-time only live events from around the world with “an unexpected main event”)

Other promotions like ICW, PROGRESS, and New Japan Pro Wrestling

Some of those are odd, like New Japan isn't interested in selling.

But I'd watch the Vince McMahon Apprentice.

Maybe they would just have a weekly NJPW show on that WWE pay a fee for, not buy them out.

I think it must be like incorporating New Japan World as part of the network. A WWE GOT would be hilariously Wrestlecrap worthy. Just put up old WCW Thunder, Saturday Night, WCW Worldwide, Wrestling Challenge, Superstars etc and forget the other stuff like GOT type shows.

In response to criticism that Jinder Mahal's promo from SmackDown -- where he was scripted to mock Shinsuke Nakamura's looks and race -- has received, WWE issued a statement on the segment to the Washington Post last night.

“Just like many other TV shows or movies, WWE creates programming with fictional personalities that incorporates real world issues and sensitive subjects," the company said. “As a producer of such TV shows, WWE Corporate is committed to embracing and celebrating individuals from all backgrounds as demonstrated by the diversity of our employees, performers and fans worldwide.”

Braun should have won last night. It would be better if Brock had to chase him than Braun winning the Rumble to wrestle the guy who beat him.

It wasn't that great, but Reigns/Cena was pretty good. And Ambrose/Rollins vs Sheamus/Cesaro is worth checking out. That superbomb spot was pretty good.

The match was OK but the commentary during Reigns/Cena was fucking horrible. Overhyping Reigns like that is only going to make people hate him more.

And Cole calling Cena the greatest of all time. I haven't heard Meltzer review it yet, but he probably lost his shit at that claim.

Just listened to it, Dave does talk about Cole calling Cena the greatest. He was mainly annoyed about the amount of times he said it.

the 2 main events of the ppv were good fun (apart from the Cena asking the crowd if they wanted him to leave BS anyway, once past that it got fun) but top marks go to the tag title match & its need for emergeny dental work in the middle, top marks to for Cesaro continuing

Vince was supposedly pissed off about the Bullet Club "invasion" of Raw. The same guy who always puts DX filming themselves going on Nitro as one of the top moments in Raw history. The BC thing was basically just a Hot Topic store promotion since they sell BC and Young Bucks shirts there.
