And like 2016 would be the first time she'd be exposed to herpes.

She has to be the most arrested person in wrestling history by now. Which is pretty impressive given all of wrestling's serial offenders.

She was drunk at 8:52 AM when she was in the accident. And I don't think it's because she was up all night because she'd probably be sleeping in the morning if she had been. That's the worst level of alcoholism if you can't even make it to the afternoon.

The UK press said something like she could get 5 years?!. I know she's burnt a ton of bridges which is why I'm guessing no one's trying to help her out.

Yeah, she's had probably 3 or 4 DUIs. That's the point where they start putting you in jail for years since you've had enough warnings with just fines for the first and a few months for the second.

She's lucky the 3 strike rule doesn't apply or isn't that a thing now and surely it's for more worse crimes.

Pennsylvania is tougher than New Jersey because they don't offer early releases for good behavior like most other states. So if she got 2 years she's doing 2 full years, not doing half or less like a lot of prisons do for over-crowding (although that's a men's prison problem since less women go to jail than men.)

OK thanks.
The three-strikes law significantly increases the prison sentences of persons convicted of a felony who have been previously convicted of two or more violent crimes or serious felonies, and limits the ability of these offenders to receive a punishment other than a life sentence.
So her crimes are no where near that severity but PA does abide to the three strike law so say these were more serious crimes she committed she'd be looking at 25 to life?.

I think only California has 3 strikes where it's mandatory, elsewhere is at the judge's decision and really only done for violent offenders.

OK thanks, I guess the other states that support the law do so at their own discretion.

She will probably be released from prison next month since she's served six months and the rest of it would probably go on for supervised probation. Unless her judge views her as a threat to society.
