:olol: it's uncanny.

Vince is a huge Burt Reynolds fan, he marked out when he met him at Wrestlemania X. It's possibly going to get Bobby a big push. "GODDAMN, PAL, LOOK AT THAT PUSSY MAGNET! PUT HIM OVER ROMAN!"

It looks like they are just throwing shit at the wall and seeing what sticks.

How long will it be before they drop the gimmick?

Poor Arn Anderson lost his job and she gets a return match with the biggest star in the company (that she ruins the match for.)

And Lacey Evans wasn't over at all with that crap punch she uses for a finish. The fans you could see just sat there expressionless. The whole segment was just sloppy and embarrassing.

Well, MTV airing War to Settle the Score didn't have anything to do with Michael Jackson. WWF was cool for a few months with New York City hipsters who went to shows ironically because it was like "ha ha, we are at this white trash show." If Andy Warhol and others had been going to monster truck rallies or roller derby, MTV probably would have been showing that instead. Plus it was cheap television that always got good ratings. But as soon as Vince asked to be made a partner with MTV they never aired another event and Hulk Hogan stopped being an occasional guest host.

I don't know how much MTV aired WWF music videos because I was a baby. But WWF was showing them on their own shows so they could have mostly been for them. The only time I ever personally saw a WWF music video on MTV was Beavis & Butthead watching Real American in 1993 or 1994.

Other artists were making mini movies/videos before MJ (Duran Duran for instance), although his ones ended up being bigger events.

So that means Duran Duran influenced Jackson, who influenced Vince to make the Piledriver video and eventually the Shawn Michaels' "Tell Me a Lie" video, which led to Shawn beating Bret in Canada.

Conclusion: Simon Le Bon is to blame for the Montreal Screwjob.

Also, I think Prince was the one who actually liked wrestling. Jackson got into UFC when he moved to Las Vegas, but I don't think Joe would have been letting him watch Dick the Bruiser's Indianapolis territory as a kid. Jim Ross said he had some kind of WWF event at Neverland but that it was seemingly for family members who were excited about it and Michael just kind of sat around not really interested in it.

It would suck to die and your last memory is of Shane McMahon. But at least it wasn't Stephanie.

They're only $5 million down, which isn't a big deal since they haven't gotten the big TV money yet. I think they blamed it on house shows being down. But I've seen some of those cards from the last few months and I wouldn't walk down my street to go see Roman vs Corbin and Lucha House Party vs Jinder and the Singhs. Smackdown house shows are decent, though.

mistakes
"Oops, I accidentally strangled my wife and child! Man, I'm sure gonna get an earful from Vince about this one!"

Fortunately he's just a troll. I saw he also posted he wishes Wrestlemania is headlined by Roman vs Jinder next year. Even Jinder's family doesn't want to see that match.

But some people really do have this opinion. "Sure, he killed his child, but did you see his matches with Kurt Angle?"

Also isn't Benoit secretly in the HOF already as a Four Horsemen member?
