I'm sure she can't wait until they're old enough to show them footage from the Diva Search to be proud of their mother.

In the CZW Follies article I found something amazing.
January 12, 2002 - Answering the Challenge

Bruno Sammartino was advertised to appear as a special guest at ringside and periodic in ring updates were made, unfortunately the final update announced that he had gotten lost on his way to the arena. To this day Bruno never managed to find his way to the arena.
Can you imagine Bruno's reaction to seeing CZW? That show wasn't even that violent by CZW standards, since in 2002 the Pennsylvania Athletic Commission scaled them back on the crazy stuff. But he still would have been absolutely horrified.

This building is Rastelli's Kids Complex

https://www.rkcomplex.com
Rastelli Kids Complex (RKC) is a family owned and operated children’s learning center that fosters the development of 21st century skills in our youth.

RKC serves families within our community by providing youth programs that are designed to teach students important life skills; such as leadership, communication, critical thinking, creativity and collaboration. We believe that these skills are essential in preparing your children for the rapidly changing and increasingly competitive world.
This will be an interesting mix.

The following details were confirmed for Chris Jericho’s Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager At Sea cruise, which will take place between October 27th-31st in 2018.

The cruise will launch from Miami and travel to Nassau, Bahamas, and it will feature appearances from wrestling legends, rock bands and more, including a “Sea Of Honor” tournament featuring some of Ring Of Honor’s top names!

The event is being hosted by Jim Ross, and the following names have been confirmed as appearing, with more to follow:

Wrestling:

Diamond Dallas Page
Mick Foley
Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat
Rey Mysterio
Raven
Busted Open Radio
Keepin’ It 100 w/ Konnan
Disco Inferno
Hurricane Helms
Killing The Town (w/ Lance Storm & Cyrus)
Beyond The Darkness Podcast

Music:

Fozzy
Kyng
Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons
The Dives
Jim Breuer and the Loud & Rowdy
Shoot To Thrill
Blizzard of Ozzy
Dave Spivak Project
Hopefully it will go better than the WCW Bruise Cruise. Where the wrestlers immediately got drunk and didn't want anything to do with the fans unless they were female.

Billy Corgan will be taking over ownership of the NWA on 10/1. All of the NWA affiliate promoters won’t be able to use the name unless authorized by Corgan, and his ideas aren’t to use the name for indie promoters to use, although David Marquez’s group, Championship Wrestling from Hollywood, will probably use the name. They did an angle on Marquez’s show where Tim Storm, who was the NWA champion, was confronted by Nick Aldis, which makes Aldis favored to get the title since Storm is from the old regime. Regarding the NWA on Demand streaming service and the Paul Boesch Houston wrestling library, that service will be discontinued next week. The site was run by Bruce Tharpe and he has to shut it down by 10/1. As part of the NWA sale purchase, Corgan owns the licensing agreement to market the Houston library and he would be in control of how to use it in the future. Valerie Boesch still owns the actual library. The reason the service was set up was because Tharpe had tried to sell the library to WWE, but the offer was so low that they felt more people could see it since WWE likely wouldn’t release most of it, and they could make more money on it from doing their own streaming service. But the number of subscribers to the service wasn’t significant

Makes no sense to purchase the NWA name if he's not going to own the tape library too and anyway the interest is only diehard fans. Billy should have looked into acquiring ECW back in the day and tried to keep that going instead. At least he could have profited from it. Now because wrestling history is so revisionist and heavily swayed in WWEs favour you wouldn't even know about the NWA and other promotions. I think the NWA really stopped being relevant when Shane Douglas threw the belt down and arguably when Vince started going national and the territory's eroded.

He tried and Paul wanted 10 million for it, which it wasn't worth. Dreamer got some company interested in it and they also refused to pay that price. The Wrestling boom was just about over, meaning they would not get on TV beyond paying for time. So they'd never make the money back. Paul also had a screwy deal where both Pioneer Video (who put out ECW compilations in stores) and RF Video had rights to the tape library. Vince paid off Pioneer and made a deal with RF where they could still sell shows they recorded. But WWE got them much cheaper in bankruptcy, so they could afford it.

Wait, so dudes getting light tubes smashed on their head and chair shots aren't enough, you need bad shoot fights later to find out who is tough?

Brother, it survived the Hulkster slamming 800 pound Andre the Giant causing a massive earthquake. Everybody in the stadium would have died that night if it weren't for the power of believing in Hulkamania. Those little explosions don't mean shit. That building will survive us all.
