That is the perception of him from people who don't like anything but WWE. But he puts over Roman all of the time as being really good when most people online hate him. And he was early on pointing out when Cena got good in 2008 or so. And he loves NXT. So it's not a company it's the style. He likes big, crazy athletic matches. And WWE is sparingly on those most of the time. But New Japan does them several times every show.

That is crazy that he's 50 and better than when he was 30 and one of the top 5 best wrestlers in the world right now.

OK cool, that's interesting. I prefer strong style type matches but if they did that every night in WWE they'd be real beat up with their schedules. I suppose you could have Joe,AJ tear it up but that shortens their careers in the long run. Plus if you see too much of the same it lessens the impact. When Scott did the Frankensteiner back in the day that was huge. Same as when RVD and Sabu were doing their thing but now its par the course. So whilst the Strong Style is preferred it has to be in moderation unless you give them time off to recover.

It's hilarious how he keeps improving as a promo in a foreign country where there's only a few other English speakers on the roster. But nobody does in WWE. It's almost like they should let people do their own material. :dontknow"

Or that horrible Alexa line 2 weeks ago "We've got so much drama we should be Real Housewives of the WWE." Who would ever talk like that? Dumb writers.

Yea when you think its a table full of wrestler and they come up with such garbage it makes you wonder why they keep them hired. You have guys like Joe who are good promos so just give them bullet points and let them run with it. I dislike the monologues at the top of the shows too. They drag the show down before it starts if the segment is bad.

Joe is so good he's one of the few, along with Daniel Bryan and Miz, who can still take the scripted junk and turn it into something.

Junior Heavyweight champion Hiromu Takahashi broke his neck at the LA show last night. There hasn't been an update since he was taken to the hospital. And to be clear, I don't mean broken neck like Hayabusa where he's paralyzed, the neck bones like Sabu or Gary Wolfe did in ECW. But it could still end his career given the kind of wrestler he is and that all wrestling promotions are going to demand all kinds of doctors to allow him to return whereas Heyman just took Sabu's word he was okay.

Why the fuck would you let someone do that to you? He had no protection.

The crazy thing is he continued the match and did every planned spot. He realized something was wrong backstage and collapsed.

Hiromu Takahashi seems to be better off than initially thought. They let him fly 12 hours back to Japan yesterday, which they wouldn't have done if he'd broken his neck. Meltzer also reported he was told no surgery would be needed. So it looks like he got very lucky.

From the drawing he may be telling us he is able to remove his head to do his own neck surgery.

Holy fuck what a match. If you don't enjoy Omega vs Naito II then something is very wrong with your brain parts.

This isn't quite as good as their classic match for the Intercontinental Title earlier this year, but it's still very, very good
