Everdrive N8 (Chinese version)
Pretty impressed with this so far.. takes micro SD cards and you can also update the firmware.

I might post a few pics later on, quite a nice little item.

There's a few differences, like micro SD, but this is probably the best quality (Chinese version) that I've seen so far.

The Megadrive MD rip offs are stuck on OS 3.6 so having the option of upgrading the OS is nice, it also means that the majority of mappers are supported.

It does look a bit weird. It's another cheapy, plus it's a PS2 exclusive and it's by the creator of Elite, David Braben, so thought it was worth picking up.

ICM asked me to download them for him from some site because I had unlimited data ADSL2 which wasn't as common back then.
