hl2 in 4K

Image

Dunno if it's scaled down with photobucket (or the forum, but it should be 4K and just shy of 2MB). but I played HL2.. it looks AMAZING provided you don't get too close to stuff..
It still plays amazing too despite glitches that were always there aha. This is not a remake, not a cutscene, not modded with textures. this is the vanilla game!
although it is more puzzles and less rickety bridges on top of explosive barrels than I remember :olol:

It is genuinely still fun! I will probably play through to the end and then play episodes 1 and 2
If I should Die Hard Arcade before I Alan Wake.

Star Wars: Rogue Squadron 3D now on Steam

Watto surprise!

Sci-fi dogfighting classic Star Wars: Rogue Squadron 3D is now available via Steam, priced £6.99.

The first of three Star Wars: Rogue Squadron projects from renowned developer Factor 5, this 1999 PC version has been dusted off by Disney as the company re-releases its old back catalogue.

Rogue Squadron features X-wings, Y-wings, A-wings, V-wings, AT-AT walkers, AT-STs, TIE fighters and snowspeeders in action set after the destruction of the first Death Star.

It would go on to inspire Rogue Squadron 2 and 3 for GameCube, and remain some of Factor 5's best work with the Star Wars license.

To play the game you'll need 168MB of hard drive space, a gig of RAM and a 1.8 GHz processor, which shouldn't be too much of a stress.

Here's how it looks, if you want to refresh your memory:

Tell you what though, Steep looks like it could be fun as hell. That's a Ubisoft game.

And that new Trials game looks amusing. ICM would love the Vietnam aspect of it!

Ubisoft are alright. They do some stupid shit sometimes but most of their games are pretty good.

Yeah I had to open my Steam library to make sure I didn't have it before I grabbed it. Turns out I had it already.
