OK that one for 12.99 looks like the full game, but a boxed one is about the same & I assume has the same content, guess no ones bothered with it so I'll tos a coin or somthing

LRG are doing pre-orders for Ys Origins.
This Friday is Fantasy Friday!!

Two Japanese RPGs join the Limited Run Games Collection this Friday in an event we're calling Fantasy Friday. First up is Falcom and DotEmu's Ys Origin - a prequel story to the long-running and beloved Ys series of games. Alongside Ys, we'll have Asdivine Hearts from Kemco - a Japanese game developer and publisher that has been releasing home console games since the days of the Nintendo Entertainment System!

We've heard your feedback after Wonder Boy and Night Trap and for the first time since our Skullgirls run in 2015 - Ys Origin will be sold as a preorder and be manufactured to demand. The Collector's Edition will be limited to just 3,000 copies per platform, but the standard edition will be open to order for a full 24-hour window. After 24 hours pass, orders will close.

Asdivine Hearts will follow our traditional model, with only 3,800 copies available per platform.

The games will go live at 10 AM Eastern Time on Friday, August 25th. A second batch will be available later in the day at 6 PM Eastern Time. Please refer to the links below to add these times to your calendar of choice.

I am very curious to see what the purchase numbers are going to be like once you get rid of resellers.

The Ys games are fairly popular, so it could be reasonably high by LRG standards.

So I read on CheapAssGamer that LGR was within 10 copies preordered of their initial print estimates. Which means they pretty much sold the exact amount they planned to print anyway, only this time it was to people that actually wanted the game and not resellers.

Nice. So it worked out OK. Hopefully they keep doing it from now on with the more popular games.

ESRB rates Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories, Max Payne 2, and Midnight Club 3 for PS4

The Entertainment Software Rating Board has rated PlayStation 4 versions of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne, and Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition.

Rockstar Games has been one of the more active third-party developers in re-releasing its PlayStation 2 catalog on PlayStation 4. That said, these are likely PS2-on-PlayStation 4 titles.

Awesome. Was hoping VCS & LCS were going to come to the PS4.
