Re: MMA Thread (UFC/Bellator et al)
Joe's right. Again I respect Punk following his dream and fighting in the UFC. But he's not a MMA fighter. Even in a lower level promotion he'd get beat up unfortunately. He's just put himself at further risk of CTE and against an opponent wanting to make a name for themselves he could get seriously hurt. He's not knowledgable enough really to be a MMA analyst so ideally he should enjoy his early retirement. WWE should let bygones be bygones and offer him an olive branch. Give him a spot in the Rumble and have him win for the Mania main event he wanted.

Mike Jackson just told DBry to Beat It!
That fight would be a Thriller!
Mike Jackson to Daniel Bryan: Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'?

This Time Around he's going to be finishing the fight.
So it's a Bad idea for D-Bry and his concussion history to take the fight.
And if Brie has a problem with it he will call his Superfly Sister to beat her too.

We know D-Brys HIStory with his concussions, but he could Get on the Floor and work his submission game. He'll have to be Workin' Day and Night to get fit and he'd be a little Off the Wall to even agree to it. Mike Jackson be like setting a date for a proposed fight and saying "Will you be there?". D-Bry be like I "Got to be There". So he gotta feel Invincible and not focus too much on the Money. He's got to look at the Man in the Mirror as it's gonna be Dangerous.

And now for your next MMA controversy, UFC signed former Dallas Cowboy Greg Hardy who has a domestic violence history. But unlike other MMA n00b CM Punk, he can fight.

Punk won't be paid that much since UFC 225 bombed.

You can make an argument for Cormier being the G.O.A.T. now, as he's only lost to a guy on all kinds of drugs and pulled off one of the biggest upsets ever dominating a guy who towered over him.

Re: MMA Thread (UFC/Bellator et al)
I saw the full main event and Lesnar stuff (I was watching New Japan last night.)
Great angle, it should sell a gazillion PPVs. It's always funny that Brock somehow becomes a great promo in the UFC when he was never a good talker in WWE. And DC is a huge wrestling fan (he amateur wrestled in school due to being a big WWF fan) so he was loving it. He's a perfect babyface for Brock. He's the nice guy who is a family man and treats everybody politely. Brock is the mean, surly bastard who only has two friends in his life and hates everybody else. It's better pro wrestling than pro wrestling.
But now we need to know if the Universal title will also be on the line if Cormier wins (which I think he will since Brock is a part timer and was never the same after his illness, but 2009 Brock would have beaten Cormier.)
And I'm happy for DC. It's always good when a genuinely good person succeeds. And now you put him in the conversation with the greatest ever and he might be it.

This is referring to Ronda Rousey. Brendan Schuab used to date her and made a comment that he and Dana White were Eskimo Brothers, leading most to believe he was saying Dana had an affair with Ronda (which has been rumored forever.) But he didn't say it, websites filled in the blanks (although it's common sense that's who he meant.)

Conor's lucky, no jail time, just has to go to anger management classes
