I'm surprised the ratings dropped for the main event. That was a great match.

18-49 didn't drop that much so it was mainly the oldies either going to bed or they are Corny fans.

The ROH Pure title isn't a draw. Who knew?

Those were the expected ratings for last week following all of the drama.

Only 525k from Raw.

AEW needs to fix these things

Less worked shoot BS this isn't WCW 2000

Less talking segments and if so make them mean something

Less JAS/BCC stuff

Get Kenny away from the Bucks and showcase why at one point he was the best wrestler in the world. Give him the Superstar treatment and put the belt back on him asap he's not the best promo but that's what Don Callis is for give them the old Paul E/Brock type deal where Omega does his talking in the ring

MJF has a ton of potential but he's veering into channel changing category. The bidding war stuff and referencing WWE isn't where it's at. Have him just be 84-85 Era Piper to Omega's Hogan.

Plus put the ROH stuff on ice give them a YouTube show as I can't see TBS/TNT giving them an additional hour for them

Also put RJ on commentary, maybe with Taz and/or Tony and have him play the comedy guy role. Part of what made WWF so good back in the day for me was the interplay between the announcers. Take Brain's commentary away from Rumble 1992 as it's just a match. Him rooting for Naitch throughout added so much to it.

Just keep things simple, no need to fast track angles either

Give the fans a reason to tune in , AEW really needs a hot angle or two to get interest back as they are treading water right now

Send people on excursion if they aren't being used so they can learn and improve

Something I would add:

Stop hiring new people. They've got so many guys they don't use already, they just seem to be adding more and more to the pile.

Also, get someone else to book the shows.

I like the BCC vs JAS feud. Everyone involved is good and this was hilarious.

They definitely don't need any more new signings. I think bringing in so many ex NXT was detrimental to AEWs development.

For the JAS/BCC feud, main negative thing for me is the over abdudant focus on ROH. I get Tony wants them to get their own show but it's dragging down the main show. Its niche within a niche.

Tony also does need a booker. If he wasn't with WWE it should be Paul E. Outside of Heyman there's no one else really of note who would have that same level who could really right the ship and put AEW on the map.
