Dave is slightly wrong about WWE Network. He reported back in 2001 they were looking into getting a cable channel. But they weren't going to do PPVs on it, it was just going to be the old footage they owned.

Wrestlezone Radio: Virgil On His Friendship With Hulk Hogan, Larry Wilmore, Donald Trump, Perceived Racism In WWE, More

On his current relationship with Hulk Hogan in the wake of the controversial comments he made on his sex tape about African Americans:

Virgil: I don’t think, to me, I don’t think Hulk said that type of stuff. It could have been a voice over or something like that. I don’t think Hulk would ever say anything like that. It could have been somebody else. You know how people do voice overs of people that are pretty important? They can have your mouth moving and they put the words in to it.

On why someone would go to such lengths to do something like that to Hulk:

Virgil: It’s not that they don’t like him it’s that they’re jealous. A lot of people can get jealous. They say they are in his position and they are not.

On whether Hulk ever said or did anything around him that could be perceived as racist:

Virgil: Never. Never. Never. He was always a really cool guy.
