This summer every night on the news they were saying we broke another heat record in August. We had 105 heat indexes (40.5 C) for a whole week. My electric bill nearly gave me a heart attack.

God damn it, summer is here. :(

My first summer owning a car with leather seats coming up. First drive on a hot day is going to be fun.

Today was about 35C (95F) when I left work for the day. Tomorrow will be 39. It's not super hot, but it's hot enough

Yeah it was low 20s in Melbourne. The next two days will be 32 & 36 in the city, but "only" 30 & 32 where I am.

It actually got to 35 in Mornington and 37 in the city, so it was warmer than predicted.

It was 38-39 (100-102F) when I got home at 5PM. At 6am it was 26 and sunny. I hate summer mornings.

It got to 37 here. It rained a little bit about 30 minutes ago but it hasn't cooled things down.

Looking at the Adelaide forecast, it looks like you've got a lot of hot days coming up over the next couple of weeks.

Lucky for me I cleaned my pool on the weekend. Although I'm not overly fond of the spider that jumped out of the basket that had been sitting under water for god knows how long. The fucker scared the shit out of me when it jumped out. :olol:

Milpool...

AC has gotten a workout this summer. Quarterly power bill is going to be insane. Had ac at 20c 24/7, as well as 2 computers, 2 monitors and a TV all running since mid December.

Bill will probably push me to completely broke by March, 2 months before my June 2018 calculation of when I’d be out of money.

I see it's 46°C (114.8°F) in Adelaide. Fun times for Skynet and ICM.

20 in here. 24 in lounge.

Even smoking less because I don’t want to go out in heat.

Girlfiend got home and put on the AC, it was 47 inside my house :olol: It still isn't cooling down quick enough, still shows 30 on my AC.

When I got home just after 5PM it showed 47 in my car. It's fucking hot. :olol: In the Adelaide CBD it was 45.2 at on point, but it's definitely warmer where I am 20 mins out of the city.
