Remember how Johnny was vilified in the media too? Seems he was the real victim :nono:
The evidence consisting of CCTV footages from 87 cameras, unbiased third-party witnesses including police officials suggests that the allegations placed by Heard since 2016 through the Washington Post op-ed were conflicting reality.

In one of the incidents mentioned in the lawsuit Heard had falsely started yelling accusing Depp of hitting her: “The interaction culminated with Ms. Heard making false allegations that Mr. Depp struck her with a cell phone, hit her and destroyed the penthouse. There were multiple eyewitnesses to this hoax.”

I remember a decade or so ago when Lisa Marie put out an album she did an interview with Rolling Stone where she did sound sympathetic and did seem like she really loved Michael. The thing with people calling it fake, besides the timing of it and quick courtship, was how awkward she seemed on camera with him at the 1994 MTV Awards and a TV interview. But as she explained she just wasn't comfortable with the spotlight since she'd been fairly anonymous (for being a music icon's daughter) up to that point. So it was suspicious looking, like "I'm the King Of Pop and I'm going to marry the Princess Of Rock", but it was more sincere than it appeared. And at that point (this was 2003 or 2004 maybe) she had no reason to lie since they were long divorced and MJ was going through the Gavin Arvizo trial, but she still backed him up.

Yea that's all true. I believe she genuinely loved and cared about MJ too. Their relationship is detailed in the later editions of J Randy Taraborellis book.

I know it's the Onion but :nono:

The media tide is slowly turning and people are questioning their allegations. Ironically people who were convinced of his guilt in 1993 & 2005 now believe Mike was innocent.

It’s very strange how the Universe works; I mean, I’ve been avoiding at all costs to speak on this Michael Jackson documentary, I had turned Facebook off in January, I wanted to avoid all of the commentary on this topic. It’s something that I have been listening to since 1993, after a while you just get drained with the whole thing. But, like most of you who know me, Michael Jackson was a very important figure in my life, he has been since before I could learn how to walk and say my first words, so I felt it was time to say something. This morning while preparing to walk out the door to head to class, I stumbled upon this court pass from May 5, 2005. At that time Michael was on trial, and I was able to get in a handful of times and listen to some of the testimony. On that particular day was the testimony of Wade Robson, one of the men who is now speaking out against MJ and alleging sexual abuse in this recent film “Leaving Neverland.” I was sitting in the third row of the courtroom, right next to Maureen Orth, of Vanity Fair, and behind Jermaine Jackson, Michaels older brother. This guy for several hours was under very aggressive direct and cross examination from Both Michaels defense attorney and the prosecution. He was asked very specific questions about his moments with Michael, which in his recent film made it seem like they were inseparable and Michael was obsessed with him, and in the trial he spoke of the opposite. Now I am paraphrasing what I learned from his testimony as well as his mother’s testimony (that I witnessed a day later) , and I’m not speaking as if im a fly on the wall during the course of his life and friendship with Michael. During the time he was introduced to him, Michael was in the middle of his first world tour in the late 80s, they had kept some form of contact, but there was no close friendship that came about upon first meeting each other. Michaels tour had finished almost two years later, and he started to prepare for a new album and world tour that would follow. Michael made no contact with this man and his family, it was the boys mother who persistently sent letters, photos, and videos of her son to Michael in order to establish some sort of contact with him. A few years later, during the recording of Michaels Dangerous album, Michael would eventually help sponsor this man and his family to move to America from Australia, so that he could he help him jumpstart his professional career in music and dance. Michael was in the process of establishing his own record label venture under Sony music, which Wade would later become one of the first artists signed to the label. How did this happen? Wades mother, Joy Robson, testified that she left everything behind in Australia to bring Wade to Los Angeles to help push his career in show business. Wade was no older than 9 or 10 years old at the time , and through the help of Michael’s representatives, she was pushing for Michael to include Wade in some of Michaels own personal projects from his music videos as well as stage performances. The boys family had no consistent communication with MJ since they first met in Australia a few years prior, but her persistence would eventually lead to another meeting with Michael after she immigrated to the states. She portrayed herself on the stand to be very adamant about jump starting Wades career, and By her own personal requests, Michael would help furnish and pay for their housing, food, transportation, and additional living expenses. These were not all gestures that Michael just volunteered on his own, they were requests made by Joy Robson through Michaels reps, and she also testified to this in court. Now, make a long story short, the sexual allegations that are coming out now are very confusing to me. What I stated earlier about the questioning this man has gone under, was very specific questioning. Anyone who has experienced sitting on a trial, there are specific questions that have to be asked in order to be admitted as evidence and testimony to be ruled for a verdict. He was asked if he was ever innappropriately touched, kissed, fondled, had he ever seen Michael nude, had he ever watched pornographic materials with Michael etc This man ten years after Michaels death, comes out and says in a documentary that he never knew that he was molested and he didn’t know that the things Michael were doing to him is the biggest crock of horse shit that could ever be revealed to man. At the time of his testimony, he was in his mid-20s, engaged to be married, and still making a good living as a choreographer. (A career that was also jump-started by the man he alleges abused him). A year prior to Wade bringing out these accusations, he was making proposals with Michael Jackson’s estate to become the director/choreographer for the Michael Jackson Cirque Du Soleil project and he was turned down by Michaels estate. A year later, he comes out with accusations of abuse? I really want to speak on the aftermath of this documentary. It is very common in today’s society to have this knee jerk reaction to everything that happens. We are so quick to come to judgment and crucify someone without knowing all of the information. Michael Jackson’s life has been on trial for most of his life, not just starting in 1993 when accusations were brought against him, but most of his career. He was arrested, he was charged, he went through the court process like everyone else. He was under investigation by the FBI for over a decade, the district attorneys office in both Santa Barbara and Los Angeles county used millions of dollars in resources, investigating alleged victims from children he came in contact with not only in America, but in other parts of the world. He was acquitted by a jury of his peers in a court system where almost everyone in that courtroom Have admitted in the aftermath that they all at one point thought of him to be guilty of the crime, and the evidence and testimony presented in that process proved that he was not. The NAMBLA supporter Reed did another interview where he says Wade and Safe chuck were not traumatised by the abuse itself because they enjoyed it so much but their trauma is based on the fact that they had to lie to their parents and everyone about what really took place. He says people still do not understand this part of his documentary. And this is the real motive behind this documentary that if those kids did not have to lie about their 'sexual relationship'' with MJ then everything would have turned around to be fine with them because mj was a loving romantic Partner.

:nono: I found that on a MJ forum but I don't know the original source yet. That is really disturbing and maybe they should look at investigating Dan Reed himself if this is the "narrative" he's trying to push to the public.

This Reed guy seems to be really twisted & perverted.
The damage and the pain of the abuse is much more subtle than that. For them the sexual abuse at the time was not traumatic. They say it in the film that it was pleasurable, a loving, gentle, caring experience. Child sexual abuse is a criminal act, we know that. It’s not like they are remembering something that really upset them at the time. The psychological consequences play out during adulthood because your life is built on a lie, your childhood is built on a lie. You have to lie to everyone: your mother, your father, your sister, your brother. And that takes a toll. This is not somebody remembering being raped or someone attempting to murder them or someone killing someone close to them. It’s not that kind of trauma. People have to take that on board. People still don’t understand, even when they watch my film they still haven’t fully taken it on board. That’s why Wade was more upset when he recounted the impact on his family. That’s trauma. That’s stuff that he experiences as a bad thing. The remembering of it is upsetting. But for these guys, this is what conflicts them so much, this is what they grappling with. Remembering the abuse is this weird mix of the hindsight that this was abuse and someone taking advantage of them when they were children, but also the print memory of that moment of how good it felt. And that’s the headlock."
The astonishing thing is also when you go online on Twitter and stuff, which I try not to do too much, there’s people who spend a great deal of time and care into creating videos exposing the lies of Leaving Neverland, and pretty much everything they are saying have been contradicted by the documentary itself. All you need to do is watch the documentary. There’s this thing around of “Oh, well how come Stephanie knew about the abuse, how come she was dancing when Michael Jackson died when James told her about the abuse in 2013?” Well, that’s not the case. James told his mother about the abuse in 2005, and that’s clear in the film. He told her “Michael abused me” in 2005. If you watched the film with both eyes and ears open, that’s incredibly obvious and plain. That’s the bizarre thing; they don’t even seem to watch the film. A lot of what they’re saying is based on the letter the Jackson estate’s lawyer wrote before he watched the film. So it’s not a dialogue between the Jackson truthers and my documentary, it’s an internal dialogue within the community of Jackson truthers kind of convincing one another that “we gotcha!” when in fact, none of it relates to my documentary. It’s like people shouting inside some kind of cult temple and none of them ever look outside."
A MJ fans reply
He has just destroyed Safechuck case. His only chance of overcoming the status of limitation is by sticking to the version which says he only realised he was abused in 2013. And they wonder why the judge throw out his lawsuits. Oprah asked him a direct question when did you first realise you were abused and his answer was only when I saw Wade on TV.
Not long now before their web of lies becomes untangled and they are brought to account for the liars and "masters of deception" they are. They can't even keep their stories straight :nono: Mikes estate needs to swing for the fences now and destroy the docs credibility and all three in a rebuttal documentary to vindicate MJ so they can finally put all this BS to rest.

Even in Disguise, Michael Jackson Gets Attention

There was something suspicious about the customer in the Zales Jewelers store in Simi Valley on Monday afternoon.

Maybe it was the wig. Or the phony-looking mustache and teeth.

But the thin man in the red baseball cap wasn't casing the joint, as employees feared when they called police.

It was singer Michael Jackson, hoping not to be noticed.

The encounter happened about 5 p.m. in the Sycamore Plaza mall. Wearing his get-up, Jackson was looking at rings.

Employee Julie Andrews (not the singer) said she became suspicious because he kept adjusting his mustache and looking in a mirror. Another Zales store had recently been robbed by men wearing disguises.

Employees summoned security guard H. N. Edwards, who asked the suspicious character to step outside. Why was he wearing a false mustache? Edwards demanded.

"I have to," he answered. "I'm in disguise. I'm Michael Jackson."

"My first thought was this guy had gotten off the elevator between floors," Edwards said Tuesday.

Jackson, one of the best-known pop singers in America, said the disguise was necessary to avoid being mobbed.

Edwards asked him to remove the mustache. He did and, sure enough, fans began gathering and asking for autographs. Three squad cars arrived.

"The officers were convinced he was who he said he was, and he went on his way," Officer Diane Sliester said Tuesday.

Jackson and a boy he was with visited a gift store and bought several toy figurines and a pair of heart-shaped sunglasses, Sliester said. Then they drove away in a brown Mercedes-Benz.
So no "ring" was even bought :nono:

This is a real interesting video which says AEGs lawyer's wife is the executive director of the Sundance institute. AEG of course had a lawsuit from Katherine Jackson and MJs children. Plus, she worked for HBO and Miramax. Dan Reed describes himself in a 2010 interview as a "gun for hire" and obtained secret phone tapped conversations in a doc he made for Channel 4 & HBO. Which aired the Leaving Neverland "documentary" in the U.K. & US. So it seems everything is interconnected. I believe that they lost the lawsuit in 2013 for wrongful death and I don't believe they have filed a new lawsuit, but if so, that would explain why they are trying to put forward these tired accusations to destroy his reputation. I think this falls more into factual territory than conspiracy theorem.

Why would Mikes own estate do that, because I believe it's administered by John Branca who famously was his lawyer/attorney who helped him in acquiring the ATV publishing contract. But would it make sense if his estate damaged his rep so bad nobody wants his music (which wasn't part of the sale) so Sony can pick it up at a bargain basement price. Then suddenly there's a statement they lied, his music comes back on radio etc and sure Sony takes a hit now temporarily but they'd own 100% and could license his music for commercials etc potentially making hundreds of millions without having to give a cut to his family.

Since they'd own everything and they'd force his family's hand to sell up because right now MJs music is blacklisted, his rep in tatters etc. Really sickening if this turns out to be true. But considering there's potentially hundreds of millions, even a billion or more involved here.
