Washington (CNN)George Aref Nader, who was a key witness in special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation, was arrested on child pornography charges Monday in New York, federal prosecutors announced Monday.

Nader was arrested upon arrival at John F. Kennedy International Airport for "transporting visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct."
He previously pleaded guilty to the same charge in 1991, the Justice Department said.
If convicted, he faces a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison and a maximum of 40 years.

He doesn't seem ready to handle the newer faces of the Democratic party. I think Joe should have ran in 2016 if he ever wanted to be president. There are so many more progressive candidates now and the DNC can't afford to play favorites like they did with Hillary. As for neoliberals, people like Pete Buttigieg have that non-offensive appeal that the centralist voters can eat up without some of the baggage that Biden has.

I agree. And even Sanders, who that side of the party really likes, looked out of place. But he had it easier having Hillary to dunk on. When he's debating people who agree with him who are significantly younger (besides Biden) he doesn't have that appeal.

The thing with Harris is she can look strong owning Biden and people think she will take down Trump like that. But remember Donald Trump has no shame about anything so is immune to what ruined Biden. Biden cares, Trump doesn't.
