Definitely, John Witherspoon is a great comedy actor. I always found him hilarious in all the movies and TV shows he's appeared in (most recently as Lloyd in Black Jesus) and he will be missed for sure. Very sad news, RIP :(

This was from May

His son does a good impression of him. Maybe he can be on the new Boondocks in his place.

Aww. I just saw him on the final season of Bojack, and hearing his voice reminded me how much I was looking forward to new boondocks...

If his lines hadn’t been recorded, don’t even. Bother with the reboot. :(

Unless John's lines have been recorded they shouldn't really replace him. That being said if they do go ahead it would be better to pay tribute to him on the show. They tried to do a Vic type character on Black Jesus when Charlie Murphy passed but it's not the same at all without Charlie. If there's a season 4 of Black Jesus they can't replace John either, since both were so good at what they did and were the integral characters on the show to feud with Slink and his friends.

It's kind of amazing this generation of rappers are dying so often in their prime. It's like the early 70s where Brian Jones, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin and Jim Morrison died in their prime.

That sucks. Roxette were pretty big for a few years, lots of hits.

Yeah, they had 4 #1 US singles in the early 90s.

Much like a-ha, they faded in the US but remained popular in Europe and South America.
