I'd love to see it but someone might die.

For those that don't watch Dark:

Max Caster had never heard of Prince before this show. He's 32, so he can't use being too young as an excuse.

Very good Dynamite.

Brian's heel turn is working well. He doesn't have to go full heel, some places will still cheer him a lot, but just being a bit nasty occasionally will still get boos.

Shida/Rose started off slow but it built up really nicely. I liked how Shida fought back and lasted a while after the Serena interference.

Punk/MJF is going to be huge. Should be interesting to see what they do in Chicago next week.

Everything else was good.

Yeah, the show was one of their best. Everything is over with crowds now. Punk fucking with MJF's head by not saying a word to him and walking away from him was great.

AEW'S KENNY OMEGA TO GET MULTIPLE SURGERIES, OUT OF TRIPLEMANIA

Image: AEW

Former AEW World Champion Kenny Omega will be getting multiple surgeries and is out of his December 4th AAA Mega title defense against El Hijo del Vikingo at December 4th's Triplemania.

The news was first reported by Dave Meltzer in this week's Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

As of yesterday, the 38-year-old Omega was unsure of what the course of action would be to heal a variety of injuries he has been working through. Meltzer said Omega will be getting surgeries on his shoulder, knee and abdomen and is evaluating a septum surgery as well. Omega has been working with a torn labrum and an abdominal hernia for months.

Meltzer reported that none of the surgeries are considered major and that Omega is still hoping to return to AEW in or around late-February. Tony Khan has told him to take the time off he needs to get better.

"At times, he’s been in great pain and at other times, it’s been manageable pain. He’s done constant rehab and medical treatments weekly to stay in the game as champion. On the big stage, he had to be one of the best in the world, given much of the year he held the world titles of AEW, Impact and AAA, meaning he was called to headline both the major AEW and Impact shows at the same time. At times, he privately wondered if he’d done so much damage over the years that his time left in the sport was limited and publicly on one of our shows was more open and in depth about his in-ring future," Meltzer wrote.

AAA was told of the news Wednesday and that they have an idea for a soon-to-be announced backup plan for their biggest show of the year.

Omega lost the AEW title at last Saturday's Full Gear and wrote himself off in storyline Wednesday, telling the Young Bucks and Adam Cole that he was taking some time off.

Unfortunately no human being can wrestle like Kenny was for 6 years in NJPW and AEW and not be hurting. It's incredible he was able to go that long with only the 4 month break between leaving NJPW and the first AEW show.

Yea that's true. I think Kennys has said his body was beat up quite a few times on BTE and in articles etc. When he came in AEW I think he was hurting even then and I vaguely recall some criticism of him not being the New Japan Kenny Omega.

Which physically is impossible and when he does comeback it would be smart for him to work a more slower pace to prolong his career. When wrestlers are going for the more fast paced style than yesteryear then their in ring careers will be shorter. I won't be surprised if the Bucks take time out soon too. I think Nick said on BTE he was going to work Full Gear on a bruised heel. Plus there's no doubt others still working hurt but unlike how it used to be some can take time out to rest up. It's not like how the WWF was when they did 300+ dates a year and you had to work hurt or loss your spot.

I think Kenny's NJ style was slightly less rugged on his body than his style in AEW, to be honest. He definitely needs some time off and to dial it back a bit when he comes back. He's proven himself to be one of the best we've had. His place in history is set in stone. He can relax now.

Some of those ratings seem a bit too high.

Jake Hager will wrestle Jon Jones, but not in AEW. It will be a shoot grappling match on PPV. But maybe they can get him on Dynamite. But he hates Dan Lambert, so he won't be in that angle if he did (since obviously he can't support Inner Circle either.)

The ATT vs Inner Circle was way too high. But Jericho is his homeboy.

As is Dan Lambert.

Speaking of Kenny, I know from personal experience that having an abdominal hernia and doing anything that stretches/pulls/twists around that area is some of the worst pain Ive ever felt in my life.
