Summer canceled?

Is it just me, or does it feel like summer has been canceled this year? I mean this has been one of the wettest Springs I’ve ever seen. Or is this just a La Nina thing that is natural and all that. What do you guys think about this freaky weather period?

It has been a colder than usual spring though.

I'll take cold over hot. It was 15 today in Adelaide and will be 31 on Friday, then it will be low 20s on Saturday. I just hate the inconsistency. That and the rain coming through my ceiling

This was Monday’s theme in Melbourne. Sun is out; nice and warm. No wait: now it’s pissing rain and freezing cold. Here comes the sun again: short sleeves. Damn it’s cold, where’s my jacket. Oh it’s fucking hailing again. Isn’t this sunshine lovely. Wait fucking thunder.

I had six hail storms and two thunderstorms each with warm sunshine between. At one point it went from sunny to hail to sunny to dark and rainy to sunny and then to hail again with rumbling thunder in less than an hour. How is this even happening?!? The weather has gone Manic Depressive! I think I am going to lose it!

I know right. Yesterday I had six hailstorms, two thunderstorms, periods of windchills below freezing, and lovely warm sunshine in between.

At least today has just been meh!

33 for me about 20 minutes ago. Was clever enough to do all my walking and yard work this morning. I hung the washing out about an hour ago, it's probably dry already but I'll bring it in tonight when it's back under 30.

or more accurately 17. (lowest setting my AC will do, and it's perfect)I go out of my room into the rest of the house at about 27 and it's like PHAOR! then out of the house to have a dart and its like PHOAR!!!

Summer is back? Awesome! During the heatwave, I was struck down with COVID so couldn’t enjoy it anyway. Glad you guys enjoyed it. But I’m out of isolation today just in time for more cold weather.
