And people can get fucked if they think I'm unlocking invincibility for them ever again.
 Aztec gets so fucked, seemed like we only played on Facility or Complex.

good thing I had some old Xbox credit left over from the 360 days when Rare Replay was in a sale te other month, my boxed one will now live on the shelf in happy retirement, it does seem odd that its ended up like this though as you'd think any RR would be fine be it phsyical or digital since the game is just a key from being getable (yeah not a word but it fits)

I've now played the XB and the Switch versions. I cannot play the Switch version to save my life. In fact, I died on the Dam :olol:

How do you die on dam?

Did you go right for 00 agent after 10 years of no practice?

Or are the controls just fucked?

It's still the original N64 control scheme using a Switch Pro controller. The XB version uses a more modern control scheme

:olol: That and I've heard that the Switch controls are awfully sensitive. I think N64 and Gamecube-era games need some adjustments when playing on newer analog sticks.

The Xbox version plays well enough, but like MVG said, I'm worried this whole thing is just a lark. There might be a contractually obligated end to this version of Goldeneye, especially on NSO.

I might play through the whole game on Agent for fun and unlock a few cheats.

In honor of this release, I went back and played an hour or two of the XLBA leaked version, which is my favorite version by far.

Me and a mate played that using Parsec. Best option so far as we played online and had great visuals.

Tip: emulation lets you play Goldeneye and Perfect Dark with proper keyboard and mouse controls, like a PC FPS. Like every FPS should be played, because gamepads are shit for this job.
